The wreck happened on Saturday, March 2, in the area of Route 13 and Levittown Parkway, first responders said.
The teen dirt bike rider, identified by loved ones as Sammy, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but died the following day, Sunday, March 3.
A GoFundMe launched to support his family describes him as a "fun, loving, and caring young man" who was passionate about riding with his #BikeLife brothers.
“No matter the weather, you could most likely find him on two wheels," wrote fundraiser organizer Sarah Darlene.
His tragic death has shaken the community, and the campaign hopes to ease the burden of unexpected funeral expenses.
"As the family now learns to navigate life without him, we’d like to lessen the burden of the financial stress," Darlene added.
The GoFundMe had raised over $5,000 toward its $8,000 goal as of Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities have not yet released details on the cause of the crash or potential charges.
